When will I get my order?
Order fulfillment can take up to 3-7 business days, due to apparel being made to order. After which all item will be shipped out.
Shipping can take 5-8 business days.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately at this time Maldos Apparel only ship in the United states.
What to do if you haven’t received your order and it is past the time stated?
- Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure you imputed the correct shipping address.
- Check with Neighbors to see if postal service delivered to the wrong address.
- Contact your local postal office to see if they have your package.
I received a wrong/defective product, what should I do?
We apologize that you received the wrong item(s) and want to ensure your order is corrected as quickly as possible! Please contact us at info.maldosapparel.com
Make sure to specify your concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
All wrong orders we send out, will be corrected.
What’s your return policy?
All items purchased are final sale, therefore we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Mistakes made on behalf of Maldos Apparel, will be corrected.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please check out our sizing charts before checking out.
